Charity Application

Applications are now open to become a Bridge to Bridge beneficiary.  The deadline for applications to become a beneficiary for next year’s event is 30th November 2025.

How To Apply

We welcome applications from registered charities via our official application form. Please note that we cannot accept submissions in any other format.

All applications will be reviewed by an independent charity selection panel. A small number will then be invited to attend an interview in January. The panel will select the charities to receive a share of the funds raised at Bridge to Bridge 2026. The panel’s decision is final, including both the selection of supported charities and the proportion of funds each will receive.

Who We Support

Bridge to Bridge gives preference to registered charities that directly support communities in the Highlands. We aim to make a meaningful impact by supporting specific projects or items, rather than contributing to general operational costs. We are particularly keen to support smaller charities that may not have access to dedicated fundraising teams, rather than larger national organisations. After funding has been distributed, we hope to visit the supported charities to see how the donations have been used and the difference they’ve made.

What we ask from our charities

In return for being a Bridge to Bridge beneficiary, charities need to provide a number of volunteers on the day of the event to help ensure the safe and successful running of Bridge to Bridge.

Please note: the Charity Selection Panel operates independently from both the Bridge-to-Bridge Trustees and the Organising Committee.
